Things people ask.
How do you pick the photos?
Every photo gets scored on your phone, sharp, smiling, well-framed, not a duplicate. The shortlist of keepers is then run through our AI partner to fine-tune the order, layout and captions. You can swap any of them before we print.
Do I have to design the book?
No. We lay it out for you. If you want to tweak the cover or move a photo around, you can. Most people just hit ship.
Can I see the book before it ships?
Yes. We send you a preview a few days before. Tap “looks great” or swap a photo. Don’t reply? It ships on schedule.
Do I need a subscription?
No. All seven sizes can be bought one at a time, from $22, with shipping included. Longer books cost a little more. A plan only makes it automatic, and works out cheaper if you print regularly.
Can I cancel anytime?
Of course. Two taps under Profile → Subscription. A plan renews automatically until you cancel, and billing runs through Stripe rather than the App Store, so that’s where you manage it.
Is it really safe with my photos?
We only look at the photos you took. We never sell them or share them with advertisers. Scoring happens on your phone. A small shortlist of keepers is sent to our AI partner (Anthropic) to fine-tune the layout and captions, then the finished pages go to our print partner.
